The World Revolves Around Her Eyes Poem by Christian Crisostomo

I was wandering around the street
and counting every deep breath
of my empty worried heart
But while I was still walking through
the path of the endless night
I was able to find the answer to my prayers.

Every time I see her smile
I thought that forever is just a while
and every time I see her eyes
I thought of the every sunrise.

She's everywhere I go,
She's everything I see,
She's every little thing that I've been dreaming of;
I want to be beside her,
I want to hold her so badly,
because She is my sanctuary!

I don't want to live forever
without even knowing her;
I don't want to stay forever,
if staying forever includes
not knowing her wonderful name.
I long for her smile,
I long for her voice,
I long for her eyes,
I long for everything, because she's my everything!

Ever time I tried to look at her eyes,
I see every beautiful thing inside her soul;
I see how this world beautifully revolves around her eyes;
and I see every detail of her smooth and gentle heart.

Her presence lingers to my veins
so that I could not feel any pain;
she is the blood that flows through my heart;
she lives in me, and I live because of her.

Now I am certain that I love her;
I am certain of the path to take;
I want to walk to the path towards an angel:
The path towards her.
