The Worst Day Of My Life Poem by Carrol Hoffman

The Worst Day Of My Life

Rating: 5.0

the day i came home from college
it was the worst day of my life
i walked into our house
i saw blood everywhere
i went upstairs
i followed the blood trial
to my moms room
i saw another man in her bed
he was bleading from the head
he was dead
she was laying there on the bed dead
i followed the other blood trial
to my old room
my dads there
he's got a gun to his head
he sees me
he says hes sorrry
he didnt mean to do it
it was just to much seeing his wife with another man in his bed
i say i love you
i understand
he shot himself
now im running down the street yelling
how could this happen to me
