theatre for absurdity
ride a horse to the forest
don't eat for three days but water and candies allowed.
play silence.
be in solitude for a year.
don't think but act.
utopian thoughts allowed.
walk for a hundred steps a day.
mindful awareness on mental behaviour.
mindfulness and knowledge
self-realized apart from before it..
