There Is Mercy, Oh, God Poem by Maria R. Sueiras

There Is Mercy, Oh, God

Rating: 5.0

Whenever I feel
That everything is in vain
I invoke the Holy Spirit
And something marvelous occurs.
There are very bad people on Earth
But then, there are very
good people, too.
There is the infamous man
Who punishes the innocent boy;
But then, there is the poor
black woman
Who adopts many poor
white children
There is mercy, OH, God
In this world . . .
I Invoke the Holy Spirit,
And something marvelous occurs.
