There is no excuse for what I have done
I've hurt her so, this is no pun
I had to right to treat her so
I feel the pain inside me grow

I feel so bad for what I have done
The silence I've caused I need to run
I feel like hiding far away
Too ashamed to face another day

I've caused myself to feel this way
Oh how it hurts, wont go away
I'm sorry baby, I really am
Please forgive me, I'm still a man

Who loves you so, I cannot hold
The tears that fall, I tried being bold
I'm scared to see her face one day
I would not know just what to say
