These Days Poem by Analou Gifford

These Days

These days are glowing
Perfumed and drenched in color,
Why not go out and
Nestle our faces
In the opulent light
Of our surroundings?

Give way

To her abundance,

Float gently
Among blessings

Among dear ones,

Discover

And unfold one another,
One aprehensive petal at a time

And then blissfully exhausted
Drif into the calm of night.
