These Litte Steps Poem by Tor Magnor Solvang

These Litte Steps

When shadows grow and spirits fall,
And you feel lost behind a wall,
Reach for a moment, soft and still,
To climb your own heart's quiet hill.

Sit in the silence, breathe in deep,
Let all your heavy worries sleep.
Or take a walk beneath the sky,
And watch the drifting clouds go by.

A wagging tail, a gentle purr,
The world becomes a happy blur.
Small things you love, a simple way,
To light the dark and find the day.

These little steps, they clear the haze,
To calm your mind and mend your days.
Just start with one, just start with small,
To find the peace inside it all.
