Thoughts On Paper Poem by Tor Magnor Solvang

Thoughts On Paper

A puzzle grand, in words it's spun,
Not a simple story, clearly done.
Each line, a door, it opens wide,
To meanings hidden, deep inside.

A thought, then two, then three begin,
A weaving, where the answers spin.
You turn it round, you look anew,
What did the poet want from you?

The surface gleams, a pretty sound,
But layers wait, all around.
To understand, you must dig deep,
The secrets that the verses keep.

It makes you think, it makes you pause,
To question, probe, and find the cause.
A challenge held, a game to play,
To find the truth, come what may.
