They.... - Poem by sanjukta sengupta
I try to be invisible so no one could see,
My cares that need no new additions to bother me.
I try to be polite and be the silent one,
So they would be saved from my acid tongue.
But I guess god makes them only thickheaded these days,
As they can’t stop irritating me in their own pesky ways.
They don’t realize I don’t need an intervention,
Especially, from strangers to salvage my situation.
So I think its time for the fireworks to be unleashed,
Until they all fall silent and leave me at peace.
