When people leave her life

She suffers from a feeling

That she can barely explain

It's like she's losing a part of her heart

Without the ability 2 complain

& with every lost

her wounds leave scars

& doubles the pain

She could hate people

& never care if they'll ever stay

Or she could avoid them

& pretend that it's okay

But once again

Her heart overwhelmed her mind

& dragged her 2 the hardest way

Leaving her no choice

But 2 love everyone

& believe deep inside of her

That someday they will walk away
