Think Of Me Poem by Gerard Heathcote

Think Of Me

Rating: 3.5

Here again the poets tail
Months gone by but still I fail
It’s time to write of you and me
To show I care I hope you’ll see
Most times poems are so sad
Can I write of that I’m glad

We’ve shared some time mid cliff and sea
On boats and trains and sheltered tree
The sun has shone the moons been bright
We’ve made love in day and night
With gentle kindness peace and calm
My heart feels safe away from harm

The graveyard of hope is love in vain
I want no more of hate and pain
The discord tunes of recent times
Make way for words with happy rhymes
Your hands feel warm and quietly sure
This love of yours please more and more

it is so funny how guys could write words with full of emotions, phrases full of longing, sentences that wanted not to get sentence, 'when girls get cold with 'em'....ey! guys sometimes r so far fetch....they only write what they feel and yet show the opposite of it infront of our asking faces.....hhehehe...this is a nice poem'promise'...Godbless....cat
