Thinking Poem by Dixon Irene

Lately I've been
thinking about you
more and more
as the days drag on.

Though I've never
talked to you
it still feels like
I've known you forever.

Hopefully, I will
get to talk to you
and see what you
are like, and let you see me too.

Even though I've
been through alot
you are my first and only
thought throughout the day.

It may seem scary
but, I wish you
were here beside me
to reasssure me it was alright.

People tell me how
great you are and how
much I will love you,
but how do I know?
