Thinking Of You Poem by Alfred Ramos

Thinking Of You

Rating: 3.0

In the early morning light
As the cobwebs glisten with morning dew
I think of you
As the sun makes its run over the hill
My heart beats faster still
With nothing left to do
I think of you
As the brilliant ball of fire races up the sky
I don’t really know why
But my face breaks out in a smile to no end
And it won’t stop still someone says when
So you know it’s true
I’m always thinking of you
It’s high noon and the sun is on high heat
Shadows hide beneath my feet
A light gentle breeze brushes my face
Sending memories of you in its place
With feelings of you I never knew
Keeps me thinking of you
