I never thought a heart
Could ever hurt this bad
I never thought that I
Could ever be this sad

But that's just what happened
The day you walked away
I felt so lost and alone
I didn't know what to say

I never depended on anyone
Like the way I did on you
But now that you're gone
I don't know what to do

I feel like my best friend
Has up and disappeared
Since you went away
The skies still not have cleared

I feel so lost and lonely
All I do is roam
Because I don't have you
I've lost my way home
