This Is Summer Poem by Rayniece D. Clayborne

This Is Summer

Great times...no need to rush.
Laughter and giggles fill the air.
Look over there...the old folks are sharing
their wisdom.
Everyone knows an uncle;
who'll share their change
with the little ones.
Lovers sitting, smiling, in
their own world..sharing sweet kisses.
Babies.. cooing..as wonderment fill
their eyes.
Then you hear nothing but great music..... and you know..it's summer.
as she tells them to stay virtuous.
