This Plant Of Renown

This plant of renown...
He whom created saw it good
that man may use to bring forth food
Taking it up for consumption,
to bring about in-depth illumination
Man is defileth not by which goeth in
but by which cometh off him

This plant of renown
is life's perfect punctuation,
offering quality relaxation
It gifts you a little extra for yourself,
to free your innermost passion,
and produce serenity to unwind

This plant of renown
privileges you to step outside the matrix;
viewing life from a higher perspective
You'll be sensitive to art and all that's beautiful,
You'll appreciate 'little things' in life more,
not stressin' over gain or material
and when taken with brethren, it increases fellowship

Take a dab. Feel agitation melt away.
A relaxation so calm, a view so surreal
Soar on wings of aspiration
This can never be delusion,
This is freedom within reality

To love this plant of renown,
one is bold enough not to bow to all
For them you're too liberal,
so they claim you is a rebel.
You have broken no law
save for that of gravity

By now, I should admit
am no criminal. Only took a vow to commit
to every in life that is full of delight
But still you ask me why I love heights
and I tell you,
"I learnt to enjoy the view! "

*Freedom does not exist if nature is illegal
