This Too Shall Pass Poem by Luke Williams

This Too Shall Pass

This too shall pass
So be weary of the present moment
For it will not last
In the end you too shall pass

Be weary of happiness and joy
Of the embrace a loved one, bring
These moments are great and vast
But at last they too shall pass

Be joyful of pain and misery
These moments are horrible and last
yet again the too shall pass

Do not take hast of life
Take pleasure in the moment
For it will not last
In the end you too shall pass
