Three Answers For Suru Poem by Charles Matolokoshi

Three Answers For Suru

I
If or not I adore you...?
I ran around your bed last night to catch up with your sleep
Your soul tossing like a coin, wiggling your bunny's tail in your sleep
Me behind your back sounds catchy but I am not playing the field for bit of a skirt
My affinity is beyond fluffiness now that I know that all cats are grey in the dark
That's why I wear blindfold to chop onion lest it enter my eye
And everybody's cousins get their perlicanic necks up to witness the man's man cry
When your bowels gave life it was like light stroke in prism, sight to a sore eye
Like the Sinai peninsula, a gate to realms and the promised land, joy of a tear.

II
Ever overlook you?
Five and four is nine three is a crowd you and me were perfect, to put it differently.
On my own I stay like a mushroom, a room with no walls, cold, lonely,
And torn. Like a ton I have a thousand kilogram resistance to move forward.
I am having lunch in the morning because I am still addicted to your breakfast
It's like a candle, starting out tall and the longer I stand the shorter I grow
Or short becoming shorter after adding e and r, torments from Sakla's inferno
Let the rain drops defy gravity and walk and not ran, that I can also forget you.
I am neither day to break while rising nor am I night to not break after a fall
So I said to it, my mind, that I should call you no more what you was, Suru
But that which is always thought to be on its way but never arrives, Tomorrow

III
The price of childish mistakes...
Up to to a point I shouldn't have acted like a guinea pig
I was barking worse than your bitting, like a sucker for love in a poke to buy pig
So I switched that and I am not trying to go any ape nor getting on a high horse
But order and safety is cold. I have to put the cart back behind the horse
When the bulls are in my china shop, they behave and learns to adore me
I know this is my best laid plans between mice and men
For I would rather be a dog's head than a lion's tail.
I took off to see a man about a dog; these wrong horse bets derail my bids and toil.
Even if the man don't rat nor rat out on anybody's chaos,
No love lost between; for love nor money,
Nullus amplius amor inter nos,
Soror....

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
The poem is about my relationship with my the mother of my child Suru based on three questions she asks me mostly frequently; do I love her? Do I miss her? And, will we ever get back. I think I did my best in the poem to address these three questions
