Three Words To Remember Poem by Bancroft Boreland

Three Words To Remember

Rating: 5.0

U may forget the sound of my voice
Or the texture of my hair
U may forget the features of my face
Or how delicious my lips taste
If you even forget my name
I won’t complain
But know that my feelings for you
Are and will always remain the same
U may not remember the colour of my eyes
Or the tenderness of my touch
Have you forgotten everything about us?

I made irretrievable mistakes
And I lied to you
But always remember that these three words
Were and are still true
‘I love you.’
