Three-Eyed Goddess Poem by Mark. A Heathcote

Three-Eyed Goddess

Divine Mother, on your tiger—fortifies my heart.
Slay the demons of ego with all ten arms-thwart.
Let your left eye control my greatest weakness.
Desire for the right spurs me on to righteousness.

Goddess Durga, whose middle eye of knowledge
Central align, alight my path on the road to virtue.
With all the people of the world, I meet in tutelage
I am in your bosom, drowning for breath anew.
