Through Your Eyes - Poem by William F Glennon
If I could see the future I'll have hope.
I'll search for help and comfort to cope.
My words had all been spoken.
My heart already broken.
Do I keep on living through my sorrow?
Do I need to know there's a tomorrow?
The pain runs through me like a bolt of lightning.
My blood pumps hard and every breath brings a fight.
In my resolve, I'll envision will be true absolution.
