Thunder Cats Poem by Paul Mabon

Thunder Cats

Thunder Thunder
Thunder Thundercats roarrrr 5th grade,
5th grade I wasPanthro my hands
go whoop pow whoop pow whoop pow with my num
chuck too much for any domestic abuse
In forshoulder straps bike tips muscles
ripped the coolest thunder cat and even
though he was blue you knew he was
black back when mom's only son wasn't
afraid to act when we was on our own
then he came home I wondered if he was
gonna live with us I didn't trust him
like most boys with a grown man moving
in he's spending the night again well
how can we get three pieces of fish I
did clean up he used that dish was she
just gone somewhere that's not fair you
can't tell me what to do he ain't my
daddy I ain't even do nun why are you always
mad at me because she loved right right
he made her happy next few years
instincts wouldn't let it go let it flow
Paul Charles said you want to go fishing
no I'm watching Thundercats all day long
playing with my action figures y'all
remember that song dun dun dun dun dun dun dun dun
the Thundercats are loose dun dun in today's
episode in today's episode the evil
mumm-ra the ever-living is living with
Panthro mom but Panthro whips out
his nunchucks that beat up mumm-ra until
he's gone. Oh no panthro were under attack calm down What's Wrong wilykat
Mumm-ra'susing the eye of thundera to
hypnotize your mom lion-o gave me a
sword of omens so tell em what's wrong lion-o's
a punk I should have been the leader
then I could date Cheetara and make some
baby panther cheetahs alright mumm ra
stop hypnotizing my mom and get back
Thundaera's eye wake up mom mumm ra is evil
remember when it was just us about the
bus boom quick everybody cover your ears
run to your room cover your ears cover your ears
you in the front cover your ear you too
cover your ears run to the room get
under the cover cover your ears get under
cover get under the cover get under the cover
stop hitting my mother stop hitting my mother
STOP stop hitting my mother please
I was 11 years old and I couldn't
make him stop hitting my mother
