Thy Beauty To Me Poem by Ana Pineda

Thy Beauty To Me

Thy lips are as sweet
As a honeycomb;
As soft as cotton candy;
A pilgrim to the universe and beyond;
A drowning pool
Which takes my breath away.

Thy skin is a soft
As fine silk;
As cool and glamorous as crystal;
As fiery as the stars in the galaxy;
As warm as sheep's wool.

How rich your brown is.
Oh, that cinnamon complexion that hypnotized me.

Thy smile,
It calls my name.
It hastens my heartbeat,
Depriving me from
One, two, three, four... heartbeats.

How you seduce me,
My dearest gentleman.
