Tick Tock By Mai Murphy Venn Poem by Mai Murphy Venn

Tick Tock By Mai Murphy Venn

Tick Tock, after midnight, farewell triple lock.
Our neutrality will no longer be a reality.
They gave it away, but they will regret it someday.
Oh, Collins and Dev will turn in their grave.
No Irish citizen wants to be a European slave.
Two funny clowns now run our country to the ground.
They will not be there forever because they are not clever.
New blood will join the race, and they will be replaced.
Ireland will never be free without our neutrality.
