Tied Down Poem by jason elix balintona

Tied Down

Rating: 5.0

All these time there's something bothering my mind
i can't figure out what it is;
as i lean to the out most side
it all becomes an endless mist

As i write this down
words come from out of nowhere;
the answer is there, yet the solution can't be found
i guess i'll have to figure it all out together

Write this down along with a song playing
helps to gather all that i'm saying;
motivates all that i'm doing
yet do i really know where i'm going?

I'm down as a rock with no feelings
turned hard as a stone, i'm tired of believing;
all the same, day in and day out now my soul is crying
asking myself 'What's the use in trying? '

For now it seems like a dead end road
where left in it is a story left untold;
tied down like a rock on an empty road
the story of my life that will soon be known...
