Ties That Bind - Poem by LulaTaylor

Untied are the links that brought us together
So that each may be free
But as we go our separate ways
You shall always be with me For the ties that bound our hearts
Unraveled in our flight
Strings that let us go our way
Will one day reunite For no one strays from the ties that bind
It's embedded around our hearts
That one day soon you will return
And never again depart.
