Tight Rope Poem by shevy beason

Tight Rope

The drive is incomprehensible,
so I pull back

I watch my every move
as if i was walking
on a tightrope,
all eyes on me

I feel as if
my very soul, thoughts, feelings,
movements are known,

but yet I slip
and fall,
they go into awe

They know not of me
as for I'm hiding,
behind four faces

and yet
I do not
Know myself
