Time
Oh, where has time gone -
All my days have worn to weeks,
And weeks to months;
Until so much time has gone by -
Until I find myself bewildered
At the past with no name behind me,
And but an empty, unknown future before me.
And despite what I learned
So many years ago,
I find difficulty in stepping forward,
Afraid of what my future may hold.
