Time Forgets Nothing Poem by Dinyar Bharucha

Time forgets nothing neither your words nor deeds,
Today's deeds are future reward or retribution seeds.
People talk of killing time; alas! Its other way around,
Time kills one and all either ill or healthy and sound.

Time is the lone silent witness, prosecutor and judge,
It can't be bribed at all and its decisions don't budge.
Don't waste time for life is made of it, and it's limited,
Precious moments on mother earth to you are gifted.

Time watches your struggles, it observes and standby,
It is of opinion; the bird that dares to fall learns to fly.
It does not belong to anyone, but is used by everyone,
Person who uses judiciously has ultimately won by ton.

Truth and humility are its friends; they get along well,
Be not proud or selfish when time hits, none can tell.
Worry not for the money but do we have enough time?
Time wasted in petty things is not worth a single dime.

Time is free to use but nevertheless its value priceless,
Time abused never forgets, leaves us totally breathless.
Time once gone never will come back come what may,
Time will make you pay all the way that's what they say.
