All alone
What to do
No one is there
To comfort you
Go to the mall
There you may find
Some one to share with
Some one who is kind
A soul to tell you
A story or two
And make you aware
That he is lonely too
Or maybe not lonely
But just likes to share
Toughts of interest
With others there
Smile to the stranger
That passes by
Wave to the child
With laughing eyes
Respond to the greetings
Of friendly folks
And ponder the loss
Of those who rush
Who make no time
To seek out others
To share of themselves
Is too much bother.

Deceptively simple, a straight shot - really nice.
