I'm tired of lying
Saying everything is okay
I'm sick of pretending
Pretending that it's all going great
Behind these lips, are my worries and hate
Behind these eyes, are memories I wish to erase
I hate my present, and these twisted strings of fate
Everything around me brings me to a lonely place
'Are you okay? ' is what people always ask
I say yes..but they don't know
I'm facing the world with a smile as my mask..
