Friends who give rating on my poems,
although I say ratings do not affect me -
they do.

A little confidence to take a new step,
as a child feels.

This journey into the world of words,
comes with frustrations.
Not being able to express -
aches my heart -
only those who attempt to write know.

from someone I do not know,
although I know he has known me.
