To Sea Again Poem by Cornelius Douglas

To Sea Again

  .

I went to sea again today
It was as though the first
A thousand times would never rest
My spirit's endless thirst

To go and see God move great pools
By a lifting of his hand
To float upon a bottle top
So far a way from land

To watch the storm's perform and feel their savage graceful dance
That then recede to stoic
calm
In none more than a glance

This place where peace and answers seem forever to unfold
Let by me never come the day I'll say that I'm too old

I went to sea again today
And pray I always can
Have endless times to live these things
Just dreamed...by land bound man

Looks like the sea has got you turned sideways! Good luck in getting straightened out. (Nice poem.)
