To stand yet take no action
Be there but don't have a reaction

Be aware
and into the distance
Just stare

Make your morals known
Let your heart be stone

Take a stand
Do not make any demand

Declare a change be made
And continue to let
Those images fade

Have knowledge to make a difference
For ones hurt beyond repair
But be sure to
Protect the monster
Just to be fair!
