To Untie the Rope Poem by ENRIQUE WINTER

To Untie the Rope

Rating: 4.0

We never learned to jump rope.
My parents left ours
in the shop at twenty-nine
President Errázuriz Street.

It is still tied to the ceiling
my grandfather swinging below.
