Today - Poem by Pat A. Cummings
I heard today
That you had passed away.
I thought about the good times.
I thought about the bad,
But all I could feel was sad.
I know we didn't always see eye-to-eye
But the last thing I wanted was for you to die.
Are you now happy?
Or is, there more pain to feel?
I can't believe this is real!
I loved you more than anyone could know
And now...I have to let you go.
