She slams the front door
leaving her mother behind
closing her out, telling her
she's got another duaghter to find
muttering to herself
asking her mother why
why she had to say no
and why she had to say good bye
a tear slipping down her defined cheek
anger marring her pretty face
with no smile present
wishing for that love no one cannot erase
searching for a love
so beautiful to the heart
not scarring or breaking
together forever never apart
