Tomorrow Poem by Maria Shipka

Tomorrow

Tomorrow is nothing
for you and for me.
Only today we can just feel,
maybe understand and catch...
What yesterday was accepted
that today still not applies...
Words declared yesterday
now are nothing, no value they have.
Meaning of them cracked
and disappeared
as soap bubble...

Only this moment,
maybe this eye-wink,
contain your declaration
your promises
some relative truth,
some sureness...
Because for a while,
for a hour, day a week
all will to seeming
otherwise.

You made me in dubiety to live,
always be prepared
for whatever...
Last days went off,
ran away as water in the river.
on left issues
I remember only kindly...
...so as for things, issues
they're in front of me waiting
with breathing expectation.
