as you look into my eyes
i get this adrenaline rush
that floaty type of feeling
you get with your first crush

as you wait for an answer
i'm trying to find words to say
i get that heavy duty blush
that takes forever to fade away

you smile that crooked smile
your eyes still serious still on me
my feelings are so mixed up
i cant even afford to breathe

minutes feel like hours
as time passes by
all my feelings overflow at once
but i promised myself i wouldn't cry

you bend over and hug me warmly; hug me t8ght
it's one of those blissful moments
that everything in the world feels right

it's not me it's my heart you tough
i guess i've come to realize
i love you way too much
