Towards Our Unseen Goal

Rating: 2.0

How quickly can a fledgling fly?
When fed on righteousness
Enabling to rise on high
Above this world of stress

Infantile minds must first believe
All strength is from above
Willing behind their nest to leave
In search of crucial love

Through love they learn the truth to see
Through love they’ll feel its draw
Through love their hearts will be so free
They’ll seek for more and more

Just like a magnate in the sky
Feeling its pull so strong
Not caring how nor wondering why
We sing our natural song

Our nature’s change through righteousness
Through care through selfless love
And so in turn we seek to bless
Others to rise above

It’s in The Blood it’s in new genes
Desire to plant and grow
So when it comes and intervenes
The seed of love we sow

Because of that which grows inside
So rich so strong and true
We seek beyond the great divide
The source of Heaven’s Dew

We seek new depths and higher heights
With all our heart and soul
Through storms through woes through arduous fights
Towards our unseen goal
