Some drink themselves to sleep
Some eat themselves to dreamy deeps
Some take prescriptions toxic in their effects.
Some read to make their eyes tired
or listen to music or movies or talking books
Some pray or meditate... better than
Hangovers, excess weight, a drugged state..
