Tranquillity - Poem by David Freed

To hear waves
Softly splash at the shore
Feel the sun
Warmly press on my skin
Tumble sand
From my hand to a mound
Watch an ant
Climb a curved blade of grass
Close my eyes
And think no thought at all.
