Transcendence Poem by Mohammad Saif

Transcendence

Would these strong imaginations suffice
Or would there be many fanciful flights?
Perchance waits a perennial desire
To fly away, seek a secret place; hide.

Go past, transcend the thoughts of many men.
Turn not though in oblivion, transcend
Contemplations of extraordinary
Mind, its brilliance though be bound by time.

Yield it not, freeze certain moments in time
And let not fade the eternal essence.
For though winged thoughts may power they possess
Making this gruesome world appear unreal,
Beyond the countless journeys of this mind
Remember to ever return to strive.
