Tribute To Death

Take advantage of this youth
For it has been handed with great virtue to you
Mr.Repo always lurking around the darkest corners
Fumbiling each step of the way
Until you learn/We all feel invincible so why be concerned?
But this flame that once burned too powerful to plight
will eventually whither hence to a soft glow
Thy yearn to whom it may concern
Grows ever rooting; penetrating deeper in your person
Twisting & turning away without solace in what to do
No console in the matter
Intalligable space and matter
Bones to ashes; Fertilizer; dust in the wind
Memmories evidently fade; As the loved ones; one by one cease to exist
Parting is such sweet sorrow; But for this humble patron their will be no tomorrow
The pain festers; Desintegrating Flesh from marrow
Dylan riots in my soul
Urging to move forward and onward
Dont give up to the treacherous light
Contrary to this desire
the drain on myself seems higher
While the loss appears to be milder
consequently of minimal importance
My body ceased to listen
I feel traped in a shell
Unable to control; to avoid the end
As my last breath draws; with muffled groans force on the remians of my faraway human life
i hear cries in the wind what direction i do not know
stiffled voices trapped in the wind (could it be the wils of lost souls: biding me ado?)
my daughter caress my wrinkled dry hand
her tears landing softly on my cheeks
I have disappointed
many
I can only hope (i use the term loosely) my immortal spirit will take
flight
But with much sadness i fear i must depart w/ the slowing of
my struggling heart
Surrendering myself into the arms of the relentless night
