Triumph Of Truth
Lies addict its users
like drugs;
life becomes
habituated to be soaked
with lies
often working
as a mask to guard the truth.
Truth is the reality
but when not pleasant,
in a way not desirable -
it doesn't come to the surface.
Some believable rationale
is put in place to substantiate
the reason.
And that is lie - that is fib;
a fabrication yielded
to suppress the truth.
Lies whatsoever contemplated
to cover up the truth,
but not so dense enough
to curtain the reality behind,
as sun's radiance emerges
diluting the darkness of
the dense cloud,
the truth surfaces
piercing the clouds of falsehood.
Truth wins over the lies
in the eternal battle of life.

This world is more or less full of lies..still there are rays of truth and poets like you tries to grab it either thro' poetry or otherwise...
