Trouble Poem by Christine Lockehart

Trouble

Where I dwell
Submerged in my own doubt
Consumed by confusion
I'm tap dancing in a minefield
Each step only causes pain
To both myself and those who surround me
As gentle as I try
My decisions lead me only into deeper trouble
