True Beauty Poem by Daisymilk Riverflower

True Beauty

I believe that we emit
Constant beauty
We must not
DO NOT
Have to try
It is when we alter our natural state
For others to see that beauty
That beauty we believed was not there
Already
In our eyes
In the rhythm of our breaths
That we enable our
Otherwise flawless
Selves
To be ugly
Why try so hard to be something we are not?
Something we will never be
When it is effortless
To be who we have always been
Who we will forever be
