What is truth? How can one recognize truth
They say the truth will set you free
Many people dont want to be free
They are in bondage to the things that sounds good
Feels good and looks good but is untrue
The truth sits in our face
Sometimes goes undetected between the lines
Can we truly handle the truth
It's been around since the beginning
It wasn't hidden, it was as clear as the sky
It was the sky, it was the sun, it was the moon, it was life, it was God
Now what is truth? what have we made of it
Have we made it our own version of excuses
Excuses of why we sometimes misuse it
And other times mold it or fold it to look like a cousin of truth
We say oh its not really a lie well i say its not really the truth
GOD is GOD and there is no confusion in that
I'm a truth seeker and now a truth speaker
So as i dig deeper the truth is here so keep her
Put her in your hearts and seal it, do not allow no leaks
Because leaks produce lies
And with lies comes the grand reaper and he is the great deceiver
So grab your truth o`meter step up and be a leader
Become a truth seeker, live as a truth speaker
We are all fishers of men
Men that dwells outside the truth
Step out and be the bait, let them hook for a taste
A taste that will replace their hunger for hate
For hate is truly a lie
God is Love and He does not divide
That should not be a surprise
That my friends is truth
