I've learned from my past and I show it through my present to better my future
They say love is blind but I don't believe that
It's only blind because you refuse to see it and that's a fact
The bible says Jesus sits at the right hand of our Father
I'll be walking with faith not only as his angel but His daughter
Evil presents us with proven temptation
Following will only lead you to true devastation
No matter how bad you want it you got to think higher
Giving in will only lead you down to the fire
So if you bow your head and take a moment to listen
He will answer you with no second guessin'
So why question His love because we can't visually see
Why lose faith when some things can't be
Let people love who they want no matter sex, race, or religion
No matter what you say or do, it's still their decision
Figure out who you are and quit all the judgin'
Stop pointing fingers and start showin more afffection because He is comin'
Don't give up or give in because it's all apart of His beautiful plan
Keep striving for what you want and believe, keep loving hand in hand
Because in the end Love is the powerfulest emotion of all
Without it, who you truly are will eventually fall
Think about where you've been, where you are, and where you're goin'
Don't dwell in your mistakes, realize the change and keep growin'
I accept and love myself, how everyone else reacts it doesnt even matter
Because at the end of the day Im still making my way up the ladder
To eternal life where i'll remain with true passion
My scars are deep but His love is ever-lastin'
Heaven sent me and Heaven is where i'll return
Don't need no more proof my heart and soul has already confirmed
