How I wish I could turn back time
To the days when she was mine
To the days when our hearts were one
When our clocks of love had just begun

Oh I wish I could turn back time
To when her love seemed like a crime
When she would say she love me for so long
When her voice was my favorite song

But the hands of time cannot go back
And I would have to try face the fact
That her new life has no place for me
Yet still I love her secretly
